I don't receive the code by SMS allowing me to connect to the eGovernment Portal. What do I have to do?

If you did not receive the SMS you can request a resend by clicking on the "Resend" button. If your phone number is wrong, you can change it by clicking on the button to the right of the phone number. Please make the following checks:

  • The number indicated can receive SMS messages
  • The number is entered correctly
  • The country prefix is correct
  • The initial 0 of the phone number has been removed, e. g. +41 79 xxx...
  • No SMS filtering app has been installed (e. g.,, etc.)

If you still haven't received the SMS, please contact our support team using the support request form and indicate your mobile phone number
