How do I use my existing account with SwissID?

Log in with SwissID

From 17 January 2022, the virtual counter will only be accessible with the SwissID. If you already use a SwissID for other services (SBB, Swiss Post...), you can use the same access data. If you have difficulties creating a SwissID or logging in to your SwissID, you can consult the online help here:

Restore your data

After logging in, a mask offers the possibility to retrieve the data of an existing account. Click on the button "Restore my data".

You must then enter the access data you normally use to access the virtual counter. You can use this procedure to link your existing account to the SwissID.

Then, when you go to the virtual counter, you will find your existing documents and messages.
