New design on the State of Fribourg's E-Government-counter

New design and significantly improved user experience on the State of Fribourg's E-Government-counter

iGovPortal.ch

The launch of the new design of the E-Government-counter will be online from Tuesday, 3rd of November 2020. Its intention is mobile-first, to make it even easier to access certain State services wherever you are.

Faced with this high demand, the E-Government-counter-team has been looking at the user experience to make ordering documents online easier and to meet the population's need to be able to complete certain administrative procedures online in just a few clicks.

The new design of the virtual counter of the State of Fribourg brings a new look to the site with a larger font size allowing easy navigation and reading of information, especially on the mobile version.

The colours and logo of the State of Fribourg are now uniform with the State of Fribourg website (www.fr.ch) and follow the guidelines of the general communication of the State of Fribourg. This reinforces the coherence between the various communication channels of the State of Fribourg and ensures digital confidence and visual comfort when navigating between the informative pages of the fr.ch website and the services of the E-Government-counter.

We remind you that currently online services are grouped into five categories: verification of the authenticity of a document, civil status documents, fishing permits, extract from the commercial register and extract from the debt enforcement register.
